Pre-order summary

  • Allocation can change — quantities are not guaranteed until confirmed by our distributor.
  • Payment is charged at checkout to reserve your order.
  • If allocation is reduced, we fulfill orders in purchase order and contact you with options (refund/partial/next restock).

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order lets you reserve an upcoming product before release. Pre-orders are fulfilled once the product is released and received by us.

Allocation & availability (important)

Pre-order quantities can be affected by distributor allocation. This means the amount we receive may be lower or higher than initially expected.
If allocation is reduced and we can’t fully fulfill all orders:

  • Orders are fulfilled in purchase order (first-come, first-served).
  • We will contact you by email with the available options (see below).

Release dates & delays

Estimated release dates are provided as guidance and can change due to distributor/manufacturer updates or shipping delays.
If the release date changes, we will update customers by email where relevant.

Payment

Pre-orders are typically charged at checkout to reserve your order.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel a pre-order as long as the order has not been processed for shipping.
If your pre-order has already been prepared for dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If allocation is reduced (your options)

If we cannot fulfill your pre-order due to reduced allocation, we will offer one of the following (depending on availability):

  1. Full refund for the unfulfilled item(s), or
  2. Partial fulfillment (ship what we can), or
  3. Waitlist / next restock option (if possible)

Shipping pre-orders with other items

If your order contains pre-order items, the shipment timing depends on when the pre-order items arrive.
If you want to combine items into one shipment, we will ship when everything is available.

Order updates

We send order confirmation automatically. For significant changes (allocation updates, delays, or fulfillment issues), we will contact you by email.
