Shipping Policy
Shipping summary
- We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium only.
- In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
- Pre-order products are dispatched once released and received by us.
- Mixed orders with in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available.
- After dispatch, estimated delivery is usually 1–2 business days for NL and 1–3 business days for BE.
At PremiumCardSupply, we currently ship to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Our goal is to pack every order carefully and deliver your items as safely and quickly as possible.
1. Shipping destinations
We currently accept and ship orders to addresses in:

We do not currently offer shipping outside these countries.
2. Processing times
In-stock items are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During busy periods, product launches, or release weeks, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Pre-orders
Many products sold on PremiumCardSupply are pre-order items. When you place a pre-order:

your order will ship after the product has been released and received by us

distributor allocation may be reduced or delayed
If a pre-order product is delayed, your shipment will be delayed accordingly. If our distributor supplies fewer items than expected, orders will be fulfilled in purchase order sequence. If we cannot fully fulfill your pre-order, we will contact you with available options. Please also review our Pre-Order Policy. for more information.
4. Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are usually:

Netherlands: 1–2 business days

Belgium: 1–3 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise. Any available free shipping promotions, thresholds, or discounted shipping rates will be shown on the website or during checkout.
6. Combined orders
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order may be held until all items are available so it can be shipped together in one parcel. If you would like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
7. Split shipments
In some cases, we may choose to split an order into multiple shipments. This may happen, for example, if:

part of the order becomes available earlier

products arrive separately from suppliers

this is the safest or fastest way to complete delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, we decide whether an order is shipped in one parcel or split into multiple shipments.
8. Order tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.
9. Incorrect address details
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted and this causes a failed delivery, delay, return, or extra shipping cost, we may need to charge additional shipping fees before resending the parcel.
10. Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@premiumcardsupply.nl
We will do our best to assist with a carrier investigation or suitable next steps. Please keep all packaging materials and take clear photos if your parcel arrives visibly damaged.
11. Refused or unclaimed shipments
If a parcel is refused at delivery or not collected in time and is returned to us, we may deduct any direct return or re-shipping costs from the refund where legally permitted.
12. Delivery timeframe
We aim to deliver orders within the stated processing and shipping estimates. For pre-orders, delivery depends on release timing and supplier availability. Any estimated release or shipping date provided for a pre-order is an estimate only and may change.
