Welcome to PremiumCardSupply. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

PremiumCardSupply is a webshop based in the Netherlands, offering trading card game (TCG) products, including pre-orders.

By using this website, you confirm that you:

  • are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian
  • agree to these Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However:

  • minor differences may occur
  • images are for illustration purposes only

We reserve the right to:

  • limit quantities per customer
  • cancel or refuse any order

3. Pre-Orders

Some products are sold as pre-orders.

By placing a pre-order, you agree that:

  • release dates are estimates and may change
  • availability depends on distributor allocation
  • your order is not guaranteed until confirmed

If allocations are reduced:

  • orders are fulfilled in order of purchase
  • you will be contacted with options such as a refund or adjustment

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

  • change prices at any time
  • correct pricing errors

Orders are processed only after successful payment.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands
  • Belgium

Shipping is handled via PostNL.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • carrier delays
  • location
  • product availability

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated.

Conditions:

  • products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Important:

  • opened TCG products may not be eligible for a full refund and may be refused or reduced due to diminished value
  • pre-order cancellations may not always be possible

7. Liability

PremiumCardSupply is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • delays caused by third parties

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
