Returns summary
- Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery for eligible online purchases.
- Returned items should be sent back complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.
- Opening sealed TCG products may significantly reduce their value, so a full refund may be refused or reduced unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged.
- Pre-orders can usually be cancelled before shipment; after dispatch, normal return rules apply where legally applicable.

At PremiumCardSupply, we want every order to arrive safely and as expected. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the Netherlands or Belgium and you purchase products online from us, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 additional days to return the goods.

Once your return request has been received, we will provide you with the next steps. Where available, we also ask that you share the return shipment’s track & trace code with us.
3. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:

the item must be returned within the applicable return period

the item must be complete

the item should be returned, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging

the item must be packed properly to avoid damage during return transit
Consumers may inspect a product as they would in a physical store. However, if a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect the item’s diminished value.
4. Sealed TCG products
Many of our products are sealed collectible trading card products. Opening sealed items such as booster packs, booster boxes, blisters, tins, collection boxes, or similar sealed TCG products may significantly reduce their value.
If a sealed TCG product has been opened, we may refuse a full refund or apply a deduction for diminished value, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival. This is because opening sealed collectible products usually goes beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
5. Non-returnable items / exceptions
Some items may not be eligible for return or cancellation where a legal exception applies, such as:

custom or personalized products

products made to customer specification

other items that fall under a legal exception to the withdrawal right
If a product falls under a return exception, this will be stated clearly on the relevant product page where applicable.
6. Pre-orders
Pre-order products may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. If a pre-order has already been processed for shipment or dispatched, the normal return rules will apply where legally applicable.
Because pre-orders are reserved ahead of release and may be subject to distributor allocation changes, please also review our Pre-Order Policy before placing an order.
7. Cancellations
If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, you can contact us to request cancellation.
Please note that we process orders as quickly as possible. If your order has already been processed or dispatched before your cancellation request is received, the normal return rules will apply where legally applicable.
8. Return shipping costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our side, a damaged item, or an incorrect item received, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs.
Returns should be packaged carefully. Returning an item is at the sender’s risk until it has been delivered back to us.
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider or payment method used.
If you validly exercise your withdrawal right, we will reimburse the amount due within 14 days after being informed of your decision, although we may wait until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever comes first.
Where applicable, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded. However, any extra delivery cost resulting from a more expensive shipping option chosen by the customer does not have to be refunded.
10. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

11. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest option is usually to place a new order and contact us regarding the original item.
